Johnny Holiday began his radio career in 1962 as a college student at Gannon University. Johnny worked at WLEU which later changed to WWGO. Johnny Holiday, one day broadcasting ‘From the edge of the ledge’ at the Commerce Building, high above State Street had the audience in suspense. In September of 1964 he moved to WJET radio. A few years later in 1970, after being in radio as a DJ, Johnny moved to radio sales and served as WJET-TV sales manager. Retired in 2008. He returned to radio at WMCE in 2013 and now serves as the mid-day personality on LECOMRADIO 88.5
